Ms. Boudreaux’s positions also provided her with regulatory and public policy experience due to the highly-regulated nature of these organizations. She also gained financial and technology experience through her service as a director and as a member of the audit committee and technology operations committee of several public companies, including a medical device company and a biotechnology company. In addition, she has gained Environmental, Social and Governance experience through her current CEO role at Elevance Health.
